Frequently Asked Questions
May I view your facilities?
Anyone is welcome to view our facilities anytime between the hours of 11am -1pm and 2pm - 5pm Monday to Saturday – no appointment is necessary, just turn up!
Do you exercise the dogs?
In addition to twice daily one-to-one supervised walks around our secure 7 acre grounds, every dog is given playtime in one of our six outdoor play areas (weather permitting). To ensure the safety of all our canine guests, we exercise each kennel individually, so that no dog mixes with another.
What do you provide for my pet during their stay?
We provide all food, beds, bedding and feeding bowls. If you prefer, you may wish to bring along your pet's own food, favourite toy or bedding to help them settle in.
What if my pet requires medications or special food supplements?
Any special dietary food requirements or specific medications are accurately adhered to (including intravenous medication such as insulin)
What if my pet falls ill during their stay?
Any ailments or illnesses will be treated by our local vet on call. We will also make contact with you for guidance and your vet details (registered on our system) will be used by our vet for your pet's medical history, should this be necessary.
If your pet should exhibit signs of an infectious disease, we have strict protocols in place to isolate any affected pets for the safety and protection of our other boarders. Regardless of our strict and responsible vaccination due diligence, infectious viruses go undetected during incubation periods and for this reason, we cannot accept any responsibility for any medical costs should there be any outbreaks.
How much will it cost to accommodate my pets?
For details of our standard pricing, please check out the information on the Kennels or Cattery section of our website.
We offer long stay and multiple occupancy discounts so if you plan to board your pet for a duration longer than 14 days or wish to board animals from the same family in the same kennel or chalet, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
